TRICO TCWIND provides in-house and on-site repair of electric motors, generators, wind generators, and other pieces of rotating equipment.

TRICO TCWIND’s in house capabilities include rewind and repair of fractional to 10,000 HP AC Electric motors. We are capable of handling any size DC Electric motor. In our 75,000 square foot facility, we can lift up to 40,000 pounds. Our machine shop, mechanical and rewind departments are fully equipped to return your equipment to a like new or better condition. Our automated winding machines help us produce the finest coils, and we use inverter duty magnet wire and Class H insulation is standard in our rewinds. We are an EASA repair facility and are UL certified to repair explosion proof motors.

TRICO TCWIND has field service available to perform laser alignment, thermal imaging and vibration analysis to help keep you equipment running in top condition. Our wind energy field service group is ready to keep your wind turbines operating at peak efficiency. Our staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to serve you.
