Our Team
TRICO TCWIND’s team consists of over 60 people. The management team has five members. Led by Jason and Grant McDonald, Jason is the Chief Executive Officer and oversees the day to day operations. Grant is the Executive Vice President and guides everything that happens on the shop floor. Dallas Drietz is the Manger of our Wind Energy Field Service Field Service Division. Brice McDonald is our Chief Financial Officer and Keith Dahlseng is our Sales Manager.
Craig McDonald our Shop Foreman is responsible for everything that happens in the shop. Our Mechanical group has 12 mechanics and is lead by Chris Compton, this group disassembles the large motors, inspecting every part and logging the condition so the job can be sent out to the proper departments. Once all the various repairs are completed, this team reassembles the jobs. The Reconditioning/Cleaning Department is led by Marshall Carlson , the 4 members of that team ensure that the parts are properly cleaned and prepped for assembly. The Rewind Department is lead by David Hall; it is broken into 3 primary areas, Small Stator, Large Stator and Rotor Department and has 10 members. Allan Andreen heads up the machining department; the 4 members of this team check every rotor and rebuild any component that requires mechanical repair. Our Small Motor Department is led by Tyrell Foley, the 3 members of this team are responsible for the mechanical disassembly, inspection and reassembly of motors under 30HP. Kevin McDonald is the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all materials are available as required.
The sales team is divided into two divisions in order to provide the focus our customers deserve. We have Steve Bergeson and Nate Miller calling on our Electric Motor clients. Milton Flock is our wind salesman and is stationed in Spokane WA. Our insides salesperson Kevin Midtling is ready to help you identify your product and supply it to you in a timely manner. Our Transportation Department is ready to pick up and deliver your jobs. John Thor is our long haul driver and is routinely covering North America. We have several other drivers making the shorter runs in the upper Midwest.
Henry Hallstrom heads up our Predictive Maintenance Division, Henry is ready to help you with Thermal Imaging, Laser Alignment, and Vibration Analysis.
Our Lake Benton office is home to our Wind Energy Field Service Division. Julie assists Dallas in creating the reports we provide after we complete an on-site repair. She also ensures that materials are on hand before the trucks head out. Chris Rouge leads our group of 10 plus wind service technicians. We’re ready to help you keep your wind turbines turning!
